EmailCash is a successful Australian-based online rewards system. Basically, you log into their website regularly and click a few links to earn points. These points can later be "exchanged" into eCash. You can buy many types of products from EmailCash using this eCash, or you can alternatively get EmailCash to send you a cheque. There's also the option of donating the eCash to one of the listed charities.
I have been an EmailCash member for nearly 3 years now. In that time, I haven't done much for them. Their name implies that they spamm you with heaps of email ads. However, I actually receive only around one email per month; despite the fact that I would like even more from EmailCash (afterall, they're paying 5 points for each email they send to me). The main method of earning points is to log in every day and play the "Guessing Game", answer a quick survey and click on an ad. You can do this less frequently if you wish, but your points won't flow in as quickly. But it doesn't take long at all and is usually quicker than checking your email.
Do note however that this is not a "get rich-quick" scheme, or even a programme for you to earn a living from it. It takes time to accumulate your points from the daily logins, emails and occasional long optional surveys (which pay well). During the time that I have been with EmailCash, a total of $80 in cheques has been sent to me. It's just a little extra easy pocket money from exercising my dominant mousing hand a little more. If you live in one of the big smokes, you should be able to earn points faster since EmailCash offers a wider range of rewards when you shop in the city. The great thing about EmailCash is that unlike other rewards systems (AllAdvantage etc etc), EmailCash is very non-intrusive. You can choose not to log in often if you get tired of it all. Their emails can't be avoided (unless you block them from your inbox), but they don't send many anyway. If worst comes to worst, you can always unsubscribe.
