I fill a need to write some things in here today. This morning, at about 9:20 a.m., President Wood came on over the P.A. system and announced that President Howard W. Hunter had passed away at about 9:00. He was the prophet for nine moths-almost, from June 5, 1994-March 3, 1995. During this time, in my life, I have made a lot of changes in my life. I graduated from high school, received the Melchizedek Priesthood, went to the Sons of Helaman camp, went to college for six months--gained many new friends, received my mission call, and have spent five weeks in the MTC. I know he was a prophet. I've felt a little discouraged the last day or two; hopefully I can get that cleared up soon. I don't know why. I know that this is the work of God.
