To avoid this thing make another customers have negative feeling of our company.


To avoid the working wrong. Employees should understand the company policy, product, etc. Company need provide entertain hospitably skills, good quality services, case study, etc.


Before on duty or get off duty use ten minutes to make a briefing every day. To review the last working day have any special things or not and make a review on duty.
