The worst situation :If the supplier not accept our desire , we can only select the others supplier which provide the near quality of product and reasonable price and the forgone the unfriendly supplier.

the problem of the staff excessive is lack of work ,in order to solve this problem ,the company should :

let the long time on duty staff have the suitable recess? To keep the work incentive and have the high quality of labour output.

Arrange the good and well -planning time table to employees.

encourage the staff to check stock in the spare time.
