1.What are some suggestions for training staff to handle unusual circumstances? Firstly, employees should apologize with customer immediately. They should view-oriented, ask customer ¡§What is the problem of our cake?¡¨ politely. If we discover, it is the wrong of our company, we need change the cake or give the gift to apologize. To be sure to give the good impression to our customers, this way can put down customers¡¦ fury. To avoid this thing make another customers have negative feeling of our company.

To avoid the working wrong. Employees should understand the company policy, product, etc. Company need provide entertain hospitably skills, good quality services, case study, etc.

Before on duty or get off duty use ten minutes to make a briefing every day. To review the last working day have any special things or not and make a review on duty.

2.How do you ensure that suppliers are delivering the product at the price quoted? The company should has the same agreement with the supplier ,share the benefit such as, publicize their supplier name to the cup for the advertisement, build the friendly relationship between the supplier.

The worst situation :If the supplier not accept our desire , we can only select the others supplier which provide the near quality of product and reasonable price and the forgone the unfriendly supplier.
