RYOF-CS is a simple to use Computer Program for recording of Crop Planting (Veg growers), Auto Calculation of Chemical / Fertiliser Usage, Harvesting, etc. Requirements for HACCP, SQF 2000 - Major Supplier (Chain Stores) Quality requirements and Good Farm Management.

RYOF-CS is a Crop and Spray Management Program designed to record vital and useful information with a minimum of typing input.

RYOF-CS Keeps Track of each and every planting, spraying and harvest carried out. Details that can be traced right back to the exact location from a crop batch number, automatically allocated to every planting.

RYOF-CS records this via a simple to follow data entry screen with drop down lists and auto calculations from Pre-Set Chemical/Fertiliser & Block Details that calculate the Area being Planted or Sprayed and displays this information Automatically after you enter the Block ID, Qty. in area (Spray heads/Lands/Bays/Beds etc. Many options to choose) & Chemical/Fertiliser name. The only other information you need to enter is Wind direction, Weather conditions & Temperature. (Refer below for initial Set-up)

Preset Chemical List - Block and Crop Details

Once you set-up details of your Chemicals. e.g. Brand name, Reason or Purpose, Whether usage by Litres or Kilo's, Normal usage per Hectare, Poison Schedule No. (if applicable) or Group, Water mix (Qty per Hectare) & Chemical/Fertiliser Cost Price and Block details (relating to area - there are many options of how you can record - by Spray heads, Beds, Bays, Lands, Metres of beds etc.) when you select and record the Chemical name that you used from list, all the information relating to that Chemical is automatically displayed and calculated for the area under cultivation. e.g. When you select a Chemical name:- the Reason, Usage, Litres or Kilograms (L or Kg.) and Litres or water are automatically entered for you based on the area you plant or spray / fertilise.

Pre Mixed Standard Blends

RYOF-CS makes it even easier if you regularly use a mixture or mixtures of up to 4 chemicals including fertilisers. You can preset the program to recognise a mixture by a single name and have a choice of 9 preset mixtures or ratios. This allows a single entry for up to 4 chemicals/fertilisers applied.

Sorting and Reporting: RYOF-CS allows you to:

View or Print recorded information by ALL Blocks or Single Block

Sort into individual blocks by clicking on Block Number, e.g. To view details of Block 4, simply click 4 on the All Blocks Main Page and all records relating to that Block will be displayed and sorted by Date and Area ID order.

Print Packing Slip for each crop with required details of Batch No. and all planting and spraying records. This can be faxed or dispatched with goods.

Pre-Plan Future planting, Spraying or Harvest. You can plan ahead and let the program workout your Chemical and water requirements for the area etc. Print a Pre-Planned sheet with ALL details required by plant operators.

Chemical usage & Stock received

Usage is automatically recorded and deducted from stock - Stock value and expenditure is displayed -

Facility to record incoming or stock received and manual entry of stock issued.
