Kiyone

Kyonie is the poor Galaxy police officer who was lumbered with Mihoshi as a partner.  She is probably the only level headed girl, even character in the group.  She takes her work and her job very seriously, and is desperate for Mihoshi not to screw up the promotion she has worked so hard for (tough, guess what happens, on more than one occasion).  She doesn't seem to be as hopelessly in love with Tenchi as the other girls do, but there is still an attraction.  She is always having to bail Mihoshi out of trouble and doesn't seem to be the out going type.  She is always careful to do the right things, but doesn't mind the odd round on the house hold Karaoke.

She eventually gets her promotion at Galaxy police headquarters,  her dream job where she can work away from Mihoshi, but still see her often.  She isn't very affectionate towards the other characters and hardly ever seems to socialise with the other girls,
