The Most Evil Anime and Video Game Characters
|

From all the anime I've seen and video games I've played, I think these are the most evil villians there are: 1. Majin Buu kid Buu form (Dragonball Z) - He's pure evil. All he does is destroy planets and galaxies all day. He has absolutely no thoughts except to destroy. He was created to destroy and if no one is stopping him, he spends his life destroying planets like a beast, all day. In fact, I think he only says 8 words in the whole 15 episodes hes there... because he's so evil! Also, in his Super Buu form, he tried to create massive rips in the dimensions of the universe which would like cause the entire universe to implode on itself and be destroyed forever. You don't do that! That is too evil. 2. Sephiroth (Final Fantasy VII) - As evil as Majin Buu was in destruction, Sephiroth was ingenious. Now, it has been a few years since I beat Final Fantasy VII, but I should remember right. Anyone who creates a scheme that involves a massive meteor destroying a planet, killing himself, awakening beasts that were created to protect the world, and being turned into a god is pure evil. Also, he killed Aeris, and that's just mean. 3. Diablo (Diablo series) - If you've played Diablo II: Lord of Destruction, you might be wondering which of the three prime evils is most evil. Mephisto doesn't do anything and is nothing compared to the other two. After watching the cinematic before Act 5, I wanted to say that Baal was the most evil because in that cinematic some guy confronts Baal. He asks Baal to remove his demons from the world or something, but Baal just laughs in his face and is like I really don't care. Then Baal shoots him with some energy that causes the dude to completely explode. I thought he was pretty evil right there, but then I thought about Diablo some more. Although he can if he wanted to, Diablo isn't about walking up to your face and killing you. Baal is the Lord of Destruction, which is why he appears more evil on the outside. But Diablo is the Lord of Terror, which can be much more powerful. I realized how crazy Diablo was when I read the third Diablo book, "The Kingdom of Shadow." You probably haven't read this book, so I'll give you a quick summary of what Diablo does in it. He disguises himself as an archangel from heaven and appears before a powerful sorcerer. He tells the sorcerer that their city can be taken to heaven for whatever reason and they will live happily in heaven. So he tells the sorcerer what to do to get there. The sorcerer and many other people work together to cast the spell to send them to heaven. However, the spell that the imposter archangel, Diablo, told them was meant to kill them all and send them straight to hell instead of heaven. The spell fails though and that's what the book is about. But anyway, Baal can kill people, big deal. Diablo will kill you, then curse you to eternal damnation. Who owns who now? That's why Diablo is so evil. But that isn't even the end of it! Diablo can't be destroyed either. No matter how many times Diablo is defeated, he will live on. At the end of the first Diablo game, your character kills Diablo, but then do you remember what happens next? Diablo is so evil that a mortal who kills him can't resist his power. That's why after you kill him, you take his soulstone and jam it into your head, turning you into the new Diablo. No human will ever have the will to destroy Diablo's soulstone. 4. Legato (Trigun) - Probably one of the most overlooked evil characters, until you think about what exactly he did. He gave his life, died, sacrificed himself, in order to give Vash the Stampede eternal suffering. He didn't die because of his pride, he didn't die to protect an ideal, he didn't die to save another person or living thing, he didn't die to be a hero at all. If you don't know, Vash the Stampede basically tries to dedicate his life to protecting life and he would never kill a person under any circumstance at all. Legato can control people's minds and bodies, and he can control Vash's body to an extent, at least his arm. So Legato gets a whole town of people with guns and such to start attacking two of Vash's friends. He also makes some of them start shooting at Vash. He kneels before Vash and controls his arm to point his gun at Legato. If Vash didn't kill Legato, he and his friends would die. If he did kill Legato, only Legato would die and many other lives would be spared and suffering prevented, so that's what he did. By killing someone, Vash went against everything he was trying to prove and endorse his entire life. He also broke the promise to Rem. This is why Legato forcing Vash to kill him gave Vash eternal suffering. It is kind of like the opposite of Jesus dying for other people's sins. Also, Legato has some of the best theme music ever. It's pure ownage, I mean evil. |
