SBS82P是新捷運的第一輛空調平治O405，配蘇格蘭亞歷山大車身，並裝有Webasto空調機。它於1990年投入服務，並大大提高了新捷運的服務質素。

SBS introduced Mercedes Benz O405 air-con buses in 1990. SBS82P, which is the first bus of the O405 fleet, is equipped with Webasto air-con system. Its body is supplied by Alexander from Scotland.

尚未被翻新的SBS137R，其淺藍色的車窗，加上原裝的藍白色座椅，總給人一種清新的感覺。這張照片在2000年中拍攝。

SBS137R had not been refurbished when the photo was taken in mid-2000. Its windows in light blue colour and its original seats always give you a fresh feeling.

無論是配都普車身抑或是亞歷山大車身的O405巴士，翻新後在車廂右邊都增闢了站立空間，以提高載客量。

Some seats on the offside of MB O405 have been removed for standing area so as to increase its total capacity.

別具星州特色的組屋及黃昏時份柔柔的陽光，把巴士的動感充份展現，刻劃出這個生動傳神的畫面。圖中的SBS155M正行走特快路線502號，抵達盛港巴士總站。

The motion of the bus was captured under warm sunlight in the late afternoon, with the characteristic public housing estates as the background. SBS155M in this picture arrived at Sengkang Bus Terminus on Express Service 502.  

Place: Sengkang Bus Terminus 

雖然已有逾十年的車齡，但平治O405的性能依然可靠、穩健，並在新捷運的車隊中擔當舉足輕重的角色。

In spite of its age, MB O405 is definitely reliable and it is still an essential member of SBS Transit.
