2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. diced or shredded apples
1 c. walnuts
1/2 c. raisins
In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add sugar, oil, and vanilla. Sift
and fold in flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Stir in apples, walnuts, and raisins. Pour into an angelfood
cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, 20 mins.
