BUYING 20 to 30 YEAR OLD CARS, NORTH OR SOUTH ?

Finding a decent early Saab has never been a problem, as long as you've searched in the NORTHERN part of scandinavia. In the southern part of these countrys they have a problem:
Extreme shortage of older DECENT Saabs. (Or any old cars, for that matter)

This is caused by a mysterious ritual, performed by an armada of yellow trucks. Whenever white powder falls from the sky, they celebrate this by spreading another kind of white powder on the road. So happy are they, that they drive around towns and main roads, spreading their version of "confetti".

Recent researches has revealed that this funny chemical substance has three substansual side-effects. What happens to the people driving on these roads, is that their driving skills gradually deteriorate. (Due to lack of hard-condition training, and maybe fumes from this substance is affecting drivers aswell...) Also, the nearby vegetation deteriorates. (WHERE is Greenpeace?) And, lastly, this substance seems to be a previously unknown lifeform that feeds on sheetmetal found in cars. Tinworm, anyone??? After only a few years from acquisition, most new cars are rendered useless and must be replaced by new ones.

To avoid mass hysteria, the research documents were immediately classified "TOP SECRET" and "vanished". It's hard to tell who initiated these rituals and the "smokescreening" of research material, but the Russian mafia has been mentioned. Others have indicated that a large car manufacturer is behind all this, but CIA is just as likely.
My theory? Big Brother is here already...
