Abuses on the job in most cases comes from, the job scare attitude of senior employees. Therefore, It is always the new employees who just got the job, suffer abuses.

WHY THE JOB SCARE ATTITUDE AND ANGER? WHAT ARE THE CAUSE OF IT:

A company wishing to cut back on paying out over time money, usaly employs new people. The lost of this over time money can causes some senior employees to be real mad. And unleash massive furry upon the new employees.

ONCE YOU ARE TARGET FOR HARASSMENT, IT NEVER GOES AWAY.

Abuses do not go away by it self. You cannot wish it away, nor pray it away. You have to fight it, and let the abusers know that you are not going down alone.

Once, targeted they will do every thing in their power to drive you out. Taking the abuse and hoping for things to change is not going to happen any time soon. Your only chances is to fight back.

ENORMOUS PROPORTION:

When people tolerate abuses it get worst. At the same time the victims is boiling up on the inside, and depending on the person, this constant provocations can spark off many evil in the work place. This sometime reach a point where weapon are braught into the work place. It has known to happen. The abuser is gambling that you are going to cut and run. He/she is not counting that revenge might be in the planning.

TO PREVENT THE WORST FROM HAPPEN:

Start to fight back right away. When you keep things in it can hurt you, are get you to hurt others.

HOW TO FIGHT BACK:

Document what the abusers are doing to you. Their comments, the actions, or needling. Time, date, place, comments, and witness. If there was any. Give the letter to your immediate supervisor, and keep a copy on file for yourself. What is going to happen now, the aggressor is going to leave you alone, but before he she leave, they will pass their feelings to somebody else. So the person take up from where that first aggressor left off. This is call "Tag Teaming" The strategy here is to hurt you bad, so you can keep making many complains, that it look like you are unbearable and is a chronic complainer. And get you dismiss from the job before your probation period over.

DO GOOD DOCUMENTATION:

Do not complain every day, on complain about every little things, but you can document it. Made five or six documentation, before you turn it in. in other word, if the person insulted you ten times. write it down nine times, on the ten times you turn it in to the supervisor. Do not step over the supervisor at first. But suppose the aggressor is the supervisor? Then you have to go to the person above he/she.

The second complains, you send a new letter, along with the old one to the person above your supervisor. The third complain, you contact your lawyer.

Now if they dismiss you, under such massive provocation, it could fall back on grievance. If you keep proper documentation, they will be scared to let you go, fearing it could fall back on grievance. You have to do a good job, try reach on time. Do not call off without a doctor's paper.

Most aggressor on the job will not bother you directly if they know what you will do. They befriend all the people above you, and uses them to do the persecution. However, if your job profile is in order. all they can do is lay you off by claiming a lack of work. This will put you in the positions to claim unemployment and get future training.

DO NOT FALL INTO A TRAP:

Senior employees have a way to call in the union, then find somebody to blame it on. This person cash in two times. First he/she calls in the union. Second, he/she find a scape goat to blame it on, now he /she is held in high honor by the employer that he she just betrayed, by calling in the union. The scape goat is always a new employees.

If the union is call called in, support them with your vote, but shut your mouth. keep your opinion to yourself. Do not let others run you from a job. If you cannot defend your job, you are not suppose to have it.
