1 stick butter
1 cup celery , chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 whole chicken
1 onions, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 cups water
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 small can of mushrooms
spaghetti
sliced mozzarella cheese
Boil chicken in water. Reserve liquid broth. Debone chicken. Set aside. Saute celery, onions, bell pepper and garlic in butter.
Boil spaghetti in reserved chicken broth. When done, add sauteed vegetables to spaghetti and also add can of cream of chicken, mushrooms, and chicken to spaghetti.
Do not drain any of the liquid from the spaghetti. Mix all ingredients well.
Pour into a greased 13' x 9" baking pan or dish. Sprinkle top with mozzarella cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
