1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 can tomato sauce or paste
1 lb. Ground beef
1 chili stick
1 large onion
2 or 3 cans red beans
Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp. Mexene chili powder
Onion Powder
½ tsp. Cayenne pepper
Celery Salt
½ tsp. Sugar (optional)
1 can tomatoes
1 can water
1 bottle chili sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
Brown meat in large skillet.
Add onion and seasoning.
Cook until beef is separated
well. Add tomatoes and sauce.
Melt chili stick and add
to beef.
Add water, sugar, salt and
pepper, chili powder and cayenne pepper.
Cook slowly for 1½
hours. Add beans, cook ½ hour.
