1 (1lb) sack frozen hash browns
1/2 cup margarine
salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp parsley
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (12 oz.) sour cream
1 large bag of shredded cheese
bread crumbs
You can saute' onions in butter if you like
or you can mix it with other ingredients if you like them a little crunchy.
Thaw potatoes. Mix all ingredients except for bread crumbs and half
the cheese. Place in ungreased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle remaining cheese
and bread crumbs over top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees
for 45 minutes.
