GINGER SNAPS

¾ cup butter                                    1 cup sugar
¼ cup light molasses                        1 egg
2 ¼ cup flour                                   2 tsp soda
¼ tsp. Salt                                        1 tsp cloves
1 tsp ginger                                      1 tsp cinnamon

Mix all ingredients. Roll into balls.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 12 – 15 minutes.
