2 lb. Lean ground meat
2 eggs
2 cup bread crumbs
1 small can tomato sauce
1 pack pepperoni, sliced
Salt, pepper and oregano
8 oz. shredded Mossarella cheese
to taste
Combine and mix together the beef, seasonings, eggs,
bread crumbs, and ½ can tomato sauce.
Pat meat mixture into 16 X 10 inch rectangle on waxed
paper.
Arrange pepperoni slices on meat rectangle.
Sprinkle cheese over.
Roll up meat jelly roll fashion, seal ends by pressing
meat together.
Place seam down in shallow pan, sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Top with remaining tomato sauce.
Continue baking for 10 minutes or until done.
