4 pork chops or steaks
½ medium chopped bell pepper
½ medium chopped onion
1 ½ cup long grain rice
2 ¼ cup water
4 Tbsp. Oil
4 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
Brown pork in oil. Chop in bite size pieces.
Add onion and bell pepper to oil.
Stir, add rice and let fry until golden brown
