PUMPKIN PIE

2 Tbsp. butter                                 2 eggs
¾ cup sugar                                    1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. Cinnamon                            ¼ tsp ginger
¼ tsp. Nutmeg                                1 cup mashed pumpkin
1 ¼ cup pet milk                             4 –5 Tbsp. ice water
½ cup shortening                            1 ½ cup flour

Combine shortening, flour, ½ teaspoon salt and ice water.
Roll out pastry and place in pie pan.
Cream butter, add sugar and eggs.
Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour.
