SHRIMP BISQUE

1 lb. Shrimp, cooked & ground                2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped celery                             ¼ cup Oleo, melted
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour                          1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. Paprika                                          4 cups hot milk
Dash of pepper                                         Parsley
 

Put shrimp through meat grinder.
Saute onion and celery in butter until tender.
Blend in flour and seasonings.
Add milk and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Stir in shrimp and heat through.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley in serving bowl.

 Serves 6 – 8.
