SHORTBREAD COOKIE CAKE
 

1 - pkg. shortbread cookies
1 - stick margarine, melted
2 - cups milk
2 - small pkgs. instant pudding (vanilla or chocolate)
1 - qt. Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream (softened)
1 - pkg. Dream Whip
2 - Heath Bars
 

Crush cookies, then add margarine.  Mix well.  Press into 13"x 9" pan.  In a bowl, combine milk and instant pudding, blend well.  Add ice cream to pudding mixture.  Pour over cookie crust and top with prepared Dream Whip.  Crush Heath Bars and sprinkle over the top.  Refrigerate.
