Caleb is a great little colt. His bay coat already shines brighter than any of the other weanlings (which means it is very shiney indeed!). Caleb is more of a loner (maybe a better word is shy), which surprised me since foals usually love attention. However, as soon as he hears the peppermint wrapper sound, (I swear all horses know instinctively what that sound means) he comes running. I have found that Caleb is also more of a one person horse, he follows me around the farm with out a lead or halter! (I think Micah, my dog, gets a little annoyed that whenever he turns his head a little foal has taken his place) |
