The Munsiffs Court has a duty to deliver the judgment which was ,written by him. [Radhkrishnan Nair Vs. Bhaskaran &Ors. 1999(1) KLJ (NOC) 42 S.Sankara Subban J.

Sec.24 -- Transfer of case from one Family Court to another -- The allegation that the Judge of the Family Court is somewhat hostile towards the petitioner -- The allegation cannot be a ground for transfer.
