The Anima-mates
I've heard these called both the anima-mates, and the animates, you choose.
The anima-mates are the workers of Galaxia; each of their names is half animal and half hard substance. The anima-mates only have power due to the fact they each stole a starseed from a senshi and obtained their powers. All anima-mates work for Galaxia because they agreed rather than dying when Galaxia took their starseeds, they would be Galaxia's workers in exchange for her bracelets. These bracelets are the only thing keeping them alive. In the anime, Galaxia only has 4 workers, the anima-mates. In the manga, she has many workers, including 5 animates as well as Sailor Phi, Chi, Lethe, and Mnemosyne.

Powers: in the manga she just blasts people; in the anime she has a gun shaped
like a giant cat paw
Stole Starseed From: Sailor Mau; she's from the same planet
as Luna and Artemis
Sailor Heavy Metal Papillon (papillon is French for "butterfly")
Human alias: none; she only appears in the manga as Sailor Heavy Metal Papillon
Powers: she's the "soul hunter" and the last of the anima-mates
left in the manga. She just shoots some flaming butterflies basically
