Desty Nova welcomes you!
Professor Desty Nova is a mad scientist from Gunnm/Battle Angel. He has the mark on the forehead which proves he was an inhabitant of Zalem, but he was really exiled after making experiments on human beings (in fact, he's wanted). He's an excentric cyberphysician, expert in nano-technology. His nano-restorators are able to reconstruct even a brain. His body, along with the ones of his assistants, Eelai and Balzard, are filled with them, making them a trio that's quite hard to get rid of. Some of his best known works are the "demon" Makaku, the motorball player Jashugan, his "destined assistant" Ido, and the former hunter, Zapan.

The professor in casual clothes... better than the usual lab coat! He normally wears the white lab coat white a white shirt and pants... Surprising, for someone who enjoys putting other poeple's (his son's, in fact!)hands in brains! He also sports a peculiar pair of glasses. His white hair is quite long and curls. Oh, and of course he has the Zalem mark. He enjoys life a great deal and smiles and laughs a lot. It's good to be almost completely crazy! And a genius! And to eat flan! You see, the professor LOVES flan! It makes him be able to think better. Hm, he often runs away laughing madly. And he's as agile as a monkey for someone his age! (actually, I'm unsure of his age...)

He has two labs. The first one, ornamented with a female cyborg's body, was destroyed. The second one, a multi-level former military based, has a merry-go-round (with real horse in the poles...!) and is called the Granite Inn.

But why is he so demented you say? Hm, well, that's a spoiler, but if you really want to know about the secret of the citizens of Zalem, you can highlight the folowing blank part: When the gain maturity (I think...hm, well, it's not at birth), the poeple of Zalem get their brains taken out and replaced by a computer chip. I have no idea on how Desty Nova came to discover this, but he's not shy to open up his skull to show poeple the truth! Did you dare read it?

And why does he do all those experiments, you ask? You see, he can control robots. Like a god, he has control over life and death. However, this is not what he's pursuing! His ultimate goal is to control karma. He believe that there is no future for human being if the cycle of time is not broken. And it just happens that most poeple he brings back to life are murderers or after Gally (not all, most). He resurrects their dead brains, asks them what they want and gives them a body to see if they'll be able to beat their karma. He also created the virus program Ouroboros to trap Gally in her own karma.

flan! the sexy Eelai Now who would want to assist this guy? He personally believes that Daisuke Ido is destined to help him, but what happens before he comes? Well, he has these two creations, Eelai and Balzard.
He says Eelai is his assistant and lover. She's a sexy robot, still, made out of flesh. She has a downward arrow on her forehead, wears thight leather ensembles and some armor like equipment. Some of the things she loves are men made of flesh and seeing poeple cry. She has great martial arts skills and is very devoted to Desty Nova.
Unfortunately, I have no picture of Balzard. Well, he's in no way pretty. He's like a really big, fat zombie...And not too smart either. He's like the watchdog for the house and serves the professor his flan. Also very devoted, of course. He's armed with a hook.

In the end, Desty Nova goes back to Zalem, but by then, he brings Gally to destroy it... and finally just turns completely crazy!
