How to choose your evil henchmen
Here's a list on things you should try to get in your henchmen.
1. They must be reliable (smart, strong, brave... but not as much as you) but disposable. Try not to get comic relieves. Usually, they are not good, plus they might overshadow you and make you less popular!!!
2. They must have the same goal(s) as you.
3. None of them should be in love with the hero.You must do something about those who do.Be reminded to not fall in love with the hero yourself!
4. Find some which are afraid of you, really respect you or owe you.
5. Also, try to find someone in love with you.
6. They should be specialist in some thing (like swordsmanship, magic or killing). This ups their value.
7. Give them their powers and make sure to be able to take them back later.(in case of mutiny, of course, it's always useful)
How to treat your evil henchmen
Here's a list on ways to treat your evil henchmen so they will stay on your side.
1. Kill really cruelly those who betray you or disobey you. This will put fear in your henchmen so they will be willing to die fighting for you rather than die betraying you.
2. Promise your henchmen something they really want. They wont disobey you so they can get that thing.
Note: Make sure to have that thing in case of a crisis
3. Give your henchmen a chance to be promoted (ex: from henchmen to vice-sidekick)
4. Pay your henchmen
5. You can organise contests and pajama parties and things like that for their enjoyment, depending on their personnalities. Never forget that you are the leader though.

-burn your henchmen
-freeze you henchmen
-eat your henchmen
-dress your henchmen in:
-bunny costume
-cheerleader outfits
-bikini (guys only)
-wedding dresses
-sailorsenshi outfits
-yourself
-little fuzzy animals (unless in a play)
-sacrifice your henchmen
-amputate your henchmen
-disect your henchmen
-feed your henchmen to your pet(s)
-test TOO MANY of your plans and weapons(etc.) on your henchmen
-turn your henchmen into chimeras (thanks Rezo^^;;)
unless they really deserve it
