Spell is used to remove the enchantment from a Temporary Item of Power without destroying the item. Energy Cost: 5 Skill Points: 1 Casting Time / Restrictions: Casting time is 12 hours.

Fabricate Permanent Item of Power for Another

Spell permits the caster to make a Permanently Enchanted Item of Power where the Character Points for the IoP are tied to the intended owner. Energy Cost: 30 + (IoP cost*10) points. Skill Points: 6 points + (max IoP cost * 3), The number of skill points put into the skill affects the maximum number of Character Points that can be bound to an Item of Power Casting Time / Restrictions: Casting time is 1 day per Character Point bound to the Item of Power. This must be done as a ritual. Intended owner must be present for entire creation and casting time.

Improve Temporary Item of Power

This spell permts the caster to improve a Temporary Item of Power, either one bound to them, or bound to another so long as the caster was the creator. This can be used to spread out energy costs over a number of castings. Both caster and intended owner must the sufficient Character Points for the total CP bound to the item. Energy Cost: 20 + (IoP cost*5) for the added Character Points. Skill Points: 3 points + (max IoP cost * 2), The number of skill points put into the skill affects the maximum number of Character Points that can be bound to an Item of Power Casting Time / Restrictions: Casting time is 2 days per Character Point bound to the Item of Power. This must be done as a ritual. Intended owner must be present for entire creation and casting time.

 

Transfer Item of Power

Spell permits the caster to transfer the Character Points from a Temporary Item of Power made by the caster to another person. Can not be used to transfer from the new owner back to the originial maker, nor can it be used to transfer the Item of Power to a second person. Energy Cost: 10 + (IoP cost*10) Skill Points: 2 points + (max IoP cost * 2), The number of skill points put into the skill affects the maximum number of Character Points that can be transfered between caster and owner of the Item of Power Casting Time / Restrictions: Casting time is 1 day per Character Point bound to the Item of Power. This must be done as a ritual. Intended owner must be present for entire casting time.

Wood Weld

This spell bonds two pieces of wood together as if they were grown that way. Both pieces of wood must come from the same species of tree, thus it will not work to join oak to pine, or similar.
