This is a list of links and books, by general topic, that I've found useful for designing Oceana. The RPG books I'm actually using, mostly for character classes are listed at the bottom section of this page.
These are role playing expansion books or web sites that I have looked at.
This is for sites that something special to offer. There are literally millions of games set in a quasi-middle ages setting. I've only included ones that offer a lot of theory or discussion about how or why gaming worlds work.
