Nebulana originally started out as a helper to a great power known as Stellienia. She was created to help Stellienia get rid of Tenjouna Kouken and all who helped her. Powers: the capability to turn anything, except humans, into an evil spirit. She uses this power to create her helpers. The only problem with her power is that she must be near her creations for them to retain their evil powers. This means Sailor Fetu alwyas knows when she is around.
Symbol: a swirling nebula it can be found on all of her creations, when a creation of hers is destroyed a small line of smoke will emit from the creature, as it floats away it swirls into nebulana's symbol.
