About Miyuki:

Miyuki is a no-nonsense, practical girl. As a child, she was not one to believe in popular fantasies as Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny. She would have dismissed the Sailorsenshi as another childhood dream if her parents weren't senshi themselves. She understands that it is her destiny to be Sailorsuisei, but she doesn't like it. She would be much more comfortable discovering some mundane, scientific way to defend the Sol system.

As Nesheph Sailorsuisei, she is embarassingly weak, a slap in the face to someone used to being the best at anything she tries. Perhaps if she wasn't so dismissive of her power, she might be stronger, but Miyuki isn't about to change. She is a constant thorn in both Kinsei and Terra's side, her prickly nature inciting disunity without much effort. The only senshi who can calm her down is her sister, Nesheph Kaiousei.

When Suisei says the word 'Crystal', she opens the Kourinosensu, which begins to glow with blue energy. When she says 'Frost!', she snaps it shut and points it at her target. It's supposed to encase them in a thick layer of ice, but it doesn't work all that well.
