Rei is Sailor Mars, she's the 3rd Senshi to appeard. Rei's mother has died so she lives with her grandpa, her dad is to busy in his job, he抯 a politician, to take care of her, but he wanted that Rei entered to an exclusive private school (he pais of course), she's verry popular there. Rei lives with her grandpa and with Yuuichirou. Rei is very annoying and very vain, but she's a verry good carring person. She's verry afraid o the television because she's afraid to see her dad.

Luna suspected that she was Sailor Mars, so she left Mars transformation stick in the ground for her to find it, when Rei finds it she keeps it. Later on she's on this bus, where she's attacked by Jadeite, Mars mark appears in Rei forehead and Luna said to her to scream her transformation phase, "Mars Power, Make Up!
So she transformed into Sailor Mars, the Senshi with the power of fire. Sailor Mars stays in this series and in the rest of the series...

In her second stage her Fuku does not changed, what does change is her transformation phase, and she receives some new Powers

This is Sailor Mars third stage, her heart power is give, in the Anime, by Pegasus, in the Manga it was her crows that give it to her. As you notice she's diferent then the others.
For her to transform she screams her new transformation phase, " Mars Crystal Power, Make Up!" This is a much better Fuku, and she's stronger to, what changes, like I said are the Fuku and the Powers.

Sailor Star Mars or Eternal Sailor Mars, only appears in the Manga, this is her final form.
In the Manga, after defeated Nehelenia, their Guardians appear to each of the Senshis and they turn into Princesses. The Guardians told them that it is time for another change, and they transform into their final forms by using their power of their mother star castles, "Phobos Deimos Castle of my mother star Mars! " and she transformed...
But she actually scream, "Mars Planet Power, Make Up!"

During the Silver Millennium, Sailor Mars is guardian of Princess Serene, she is also a Princess, Princess Mars, who has her onw Castle, Castle Phobos Deimos
The name of her castle, Phobos Deimos has the name of the two moons of Mars. In the Greek Mythology Phobos ("fright") is the personification of fear and terror. He is usually considered to be a son of Ares. His brother of Deimos.
And Deimos is one of the sons of Ares (Mars) and Aphrodite (Venus); "deimos" is Greek for "panic". He's brother of Phobos
