BlackJack's Chambers

As you enter the infamous doctor's quarters, you find yourself in a room barren of occupants. The only sounds you can hear are distant echoes from the Arena itself. You haven't managed to locate it yet...
But that's beside the point. You came looking for the doctor, but he is not present. Furniture is smashed, and the entire room looks as if it has been the scene of a major battle.
In the middle of the desolate chaos is a scrap of paper on the floor. Picking it up, you find that it is a set of directions. Curiousity (which as everyone knows killed the cat, along with some other poor saps who wandered into the castle) compells you to follow where the instructions take you.
Evidently, the crystal suite is now deserted. Idly, and a little worried, you wonder what could have caused such a catastrophe. A distant crack of thunder is heard in the background...
