(Recent update: April 14, 2004)

Okay, so it's been a while. Well, things are going well with my
current job, and I just joined the Society for Creative Anachronism.
:::::crickets chirpings:::::::

Yeah, yeah, I know, "Who didn't see THAT coming?"
If you are looking for an updated DragonCon page, well, sorry,
but I simply don't have the time or energy to format it. I'm
probably going to end up taking the partially completed thing down soon.
And I haven't updated any of my fanfiction, but it's coming, I swear!
When you work as a newspaper reporter, more writing is the last
thing on your mind on your off-time. Please be patient!
Hmph. I really need to think about getting a Blog or something....

WHOO HOO! DRAGON CON 2003 ROCKED!!!

Okay, that's out of my system now.
Welcome, strangers, to my homepage. My name is Nancy Wagner,
and I will be your host. Feel free to look around and
view my galleries and fanfiction libraries.
I have also provided links to some of my themed websites.
Before you go any further, know this: This is the last oasis of sanity
that you will find before stepping off through the links.
As for here, you will find out stuff about me, and my
activities.

These are the current mailing lists
I am proudly apart of. Both are related to
the movie Labyrinth. One is a general discussion
list, and the other is a fanfiction list.

Okay, lesse...I'm an only child. Update on my family...!
My mom got remarried, moved, and left me the house. WHOO HOO!
::coughs::Anyway, I got what I wished for in late 2002 year and am
working at a community newspaper as it's reporter.
I graduate college on May 25, 2002
This picture is of me at the Carolina Renaissance Festival 2003.
I actually got up the nerve to ask one of the jousters to pose for
a picture with me. That's me on the left, by the way.

The knight is 'Sir Joseph', a performer with the Hanlon-Lees Action Theater Group.

One day I hope to travel
to other countries and see new places before I settle down
permanently. ::sighs::Scotland or Japan...a chance to
see either one would make me extremely happy!
You see, my family is mainly Scots-Irish. The Martins
are a sept (minor surname) of Clan Cameron.
I try to go to the Grandfather Mountain Highland games annually.
I am also a great lover of rennaisance fairs. The closest
one I've been to has been the annual Carolina Rennaissance Festival.
Well, the 2004 'historical' renfair was the same. As usual, it was
located at the State Fair grounds in Raliegh, NC.
Last year's was fun, much better than 2003's!
They were celebrating their 10th anniversary, so it was
TWO weeks of fun and shopping!
The material for the fair's storyline this year was hilarious. I guess
this fair must have been a slow starter. Still,
we all had a good time. My friends and I skipped the jousts,
since the material was mostly the same as the other years.
A pleasant surprise from Noble Cause, the jousting group
. Of all the rennaisance performers I've seen, (which haven't
been many, I'll grant you) my favorites have been
the Tortuga Twins who specialize in mild adult comedy, and
the Hanlon-Lees Action Theater Group, which provides
the jousts for the Carolina Ren. Festival.

Okay, I wasn't lazy this year. I did take the digital camera. So, maybe I'll
get around to formatting them. Sigh..
:::Grins::
I am, however, very much looking forward to heading to
DragonCon 2004 in Atlanta, GA. I just need to line up who's going with me.
Maybe I'll actually get rooms in the main hotels this time!

If I haven't said it before, I'll say it again:
DRAGONCON ROCKS!
