After a few months of decently lengthed tracks, Murakami-sensei has gone back to her uber short tracks that don't tell us very much.
Soooo, at the end of the last track, we saw Eiri take his beautiful face and slam it into a vending machine. Shuuichi asks him if he can't see anything at all, and Eiri says that he can see just a little bit. Shuuichi apoligizes, saying that it's all his fault, and this wouldn't have happened if he had hit the truck more quickly. Eiri says that he's being a bit overdramatic, though it is Shuuichi's fault. Shuuichi freaks out about Eiri's eyes a bit more, then asks about whether they'll heal. Eiri asks if that would make him happy, and Shuuichi says of course it'll be good if they heal. Eiri's kind of like "oh, really?" (what, he wants to be blind? Maybe little Mr. Angst Eiri wants to stay blind as a form of punishment). Shuuichi wonders why Eiri doesn't seem concerned at all about his blindness, saying most people would be angry or something. Eiri says that he thought this would make Shuuichi happy since it would mean Shuuichi could be his servant/slave for the rest of his life, giving Shuuichi some amusing mental images of what that would be like ^_^
Suddenly, Ryuuichi pops out of the bushes, telling Shuuichi to open his eyes. He says he won't let Shuuichi become Eiri's servant, because he's Ryuuichi's servant. To be continued....
Okay, what the hell? Ryuuichi wants Shuuichi as his servant? (or possibly slave....the word "dorei" can be translated to either one, though in Shuuichi's fantasy scene he seemed to be applying both interpretations). Just when his motives are already confusing, he has to go and muck things up even more :P
A possible explanation for the shortness of this track (and possibly tracks in the near future) is that Murakami-sensei has been working on a new Megamix. This one is called "Capybara" (more animal names....) and will feature EirixShuuichi and....HiroxFujisaki?! Wow....you can check out the progress here as she updates with sample pics and status changes (it's currently 20% complete, release date unknown).
