There are people in this world
Who cant appreciate
The wondrous beauty of nature
For they must recreate
Everything must be made
By the human hand
And nothing can be done
To protect our only land
They dont believe in natural
And its really such a shame
Such a waste of resources
To have more complicated names
And when our life is over
The knowledge will simply pass
Down to the younger ones
And they will know more than the last
In the end I wonder
Will they ever see
Those precious things of jewelry
Mean nothing more to me
The treasure that is certain
Is our very world
And trying to protect it
Is this lonely girl
