     One sould, alone, knew
     Knew what would happen
     To the world
     She could see it
     And was scared

     This lone child
     She had powers
Ones she wish she didn't have
Powers to peer along the timestream
     And it frightened her

But she was a good soul
And wanted to save all she could
     So she gave people warnings
     About upcoming disasters
     And they didn't believe

     They laughed at her
     Scoffing at such crazy notions
What was one girl to say
     What would happen
     Not believing, not caring

But then things started to happen
     To the people she told
     Her warning were coming true
     And they grew scared
     And frightened

They could not understand this girl
With the powers to see beyond
They felt she knew too much
     And they grew afraid
People fear what they do not know

     Fear grew, swirled
     Growing ever larger
They decided the best course of action
     Death upon the girl
     And they advanced

     She saw it coming
     But did not resist
     So her warnings would end
     They would never know
     The real disaster ahead

     She left a message
     Her last one
A letter to those in power
     Warning of destruction, chaos
     How it could be changed

     The leaders received it
     Contemplated it
Heard the story from the news
The girl that told the future
The girl that knew too much

     But the girl was dead
     They could not question her
     Just heed her letter
And they looked at each other
     And doubted

     But one guy
     He took action
     Changed things around
     Averting disaster
But the girl was still dead

     She was praised
But no one could revive her
     For fear had killed her
     Necessity had saved the world
But necessity did not save her

     She had sacrificed herself
     For the world
So that the world could survive
While she saw her own path end
     She was brave

     This one girl
     Not alone
     There are others out there
     People that are different
     But don't fear them

     No, don't fear
     Show them the world
Show them this world has changed
     That things are better now
And the girl didn't die in vain
