What you see may not be real
What you touch, you just cant feel
Those around you, dont they know
That those places, you just cant go
Your dream, abroad, inside your head
But all these things, I know instead
That reality, a mirror glass
Sharp as stone, yet tough as brass
Dreams, a bubble, broken, burst
And it seems so much like a curse
Shattered illusions all abound
And everything still does confound
Standing here with dreams gone wry
And nothing to do but to cry
Simple tears, yet not of joy
What to do, an endless ploy
Courage up, yet stand tall
Things today are not it all
Remember now, dreams can change
And you are still no person strange
Stand with dreams, dont let them shun
Dont let them tell you it cant be done
Persistence in the end pays off
And you will be the last to scoff
