     People always talk about
     The people who're so kind
     They never really mention
     The one betrayed from behind

     People are always saying
     Those guys who saved a kid
     They never really mention
     The person for all our lives did bid

     They never really mention
     These times now a days
     About the absolute salvation
     About the happiness and the praise

     They don't talk about the person
     Who died up on the cross
     Who shed his blood for sinners
     Who lay three days beneath the moss

     They tried to run and hide it
     When the body disappeared
     They said it never happened
     While others just glared and sneered

     And people are always telling
     About the recent news today
     Ignoring what's real important
     And it's what so many have to say

     Jesus died upon the cross
     And saved us from our sin
     He opened up the heavens
     A new place for us to begin

     And with Jesus as our savior
     And God standing by our side
     You can bet that all our troubles
     Will flee, then, by and by

     So here's some real life drama
     That you won't hear on the news
     Jesus is coming once again
     And he's coming to save you too
