     Why Lord?
     Do I struggle so much
     Do I live this life
     With so much pain

     Why Lord?
     Do I have all I could want
     And yet remain unwilling
     And yet remain unsatisfied

     Why Lord?
     Am I so unhappy these days
     So not fulfilled
     With how life is 

     Why Lord?
     Do I want to cry
     And not stop crying
     Until the sun goes down 

     Why Lord?
     Can I not understand
     While others nod their heads
     And look with pity

     Why Lord?
     Am I out the outcast
     The person without comprehension
     The person left to be
