SEIZED FISHING NETS. CNMI Division of Fish and Wildlife conservation officers confiscated 17 fishing nets that were 1,000-ft. long last Thursday. DFW fined Hector Montiveros $1,000 for the possession of these fishing nets that were neither registered nor licensed to him.
