The PCB-contaminated soil that have been treated using the indirect thermal
desorption are stockpiled in this area beside the treatment site. All the
treated soil have been tested and met the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
requirement of being below 1 part per million PCB. The U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers said they will be used to back fill previous excavation sites. Photo
