| Baba has materialzed, with a wave of his hand, by even not waving his hand, by holding his his palm upwards to devotees, by removing from the sand in river beds; by churning empty vessels and in numerous inexplicable ways, pendants, rings, lockets, rosaries, holy ash, watches, food items, precious jewels, statues of god and goddesses, flower petals, flowers and much much more. These acts have been witnessed by-thousands if not millions of his devotees (followers) and non - devotees. |
| Though some ( who have no direct experience ) have scoffed at these acts as tricks of magicians, no one can explain how holy ash, honey, kugkumam ( red powder with a spiritual significance ) ect, appear on statues and the glass photos of Baba and other God forms in alters of devotees's homes, thousands of miles from where Baba is located. These manifestations, sometimes a drop of heney or small blotch of ash, and sometimes a veritable torrent of these manifestions have appeared in homes of devotees in India, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, America, Australia, ect. ect., - in virtually all countries where Baba's devotees reside. |
| Even more amazing are the sightings of Sathya Sai Baba and Shiridi Sai Baba ( Baba former Body ) by devotees and citizens in various parts of the globe, often even before they are aware of him or have heard or seen pictures of Sai Baba. |
| In addition to these there are, of course, the miraculous cures that Bhagavan has performed for incurable diseases and has saved devotees from physical danger when they call out to Him. (These and other experience are well documented in books written by devotees who were initally sceptics, from different parts of the world). |
| Why does HE do it? Most certainly not to impress, for many of the miracles are performed during individual interviews. Baba says " I GIVE YOU WHAT YOU WANT SO THAT YOU WILL DESIRE WHAT I HAVE TO GIVE ". So HE give pendants, rings, cures, ectso that we will become conscious of divine will, that not everything can be explained by science and thus being conscious of a desire to know more about God, about the path of GOD AND TO GOD - and by doing so we will obtain what " HE has to give " i.e. firm and unshakable belief in the Almighty and the consequent peace of mind and equal - mindedness . |
