To be a affiliate you need to pass the following requirements.
A Good amount of hits a day
Good content
Cool layout
Good Graphics
Must be a good webmaster.
A Dragonball-Z site
There are exceptions for all of the above so if u don't qualify for one or more in the requirements e-mail me.
