Bio: Goku is from Planet Vegeta. He was sent to Earth only minutes before the planet was distryed by Frieza. He was sent to Earth to kill all its inhabitants, but as a child he hit his head and became a gentle being. When he grew up, he married Chi-Chi and had a son with her (Gohan). Along the way, he ends up saving the earth a lot of times and eventually becomes the strongest warrior in the series.

Race: ½ Saiyan, ½ Human
Family: Goku (Dad), Chi-Chi (Mom), Videl (Wife), Pan (Daughter), Bardock (Grandpa), Raditz (Uncle)
Bio: Gohan is the first son of Goku. The DBZ series in centered around him, even though most believe it is centered around Goku. He has extremely high potential as a fighter. His power can rise and fall with emotions. At the age of 5, Piccolo started training him after Goku died. After that, he learns to control his powers and eventually ends up being one of the strongest fighters in the DragonBall Z series.

Name: Krillin
Race: Earthling
Family: #18 (Wife), Marin (Daughter)
Bio: Krillin is Goku's Best friend. He has known him ever since the regular DragonBall series. He is one of the bravest warriors in the series, even though he may not show it at times. Even if the odds are against him, he's always willing to fight to the end. He is the strongest human and always fights with the best of them.

Name: Trunks
Race: ½ Saiyan, ½ Human
Family: Vegeta (dad), Bulma (mom), King Vegeta (grandpa), Dr. Brief (grandpa), Grandma (don't know name), Bra (sister)
Bio: This Trunks came from the future to save Goku from his heart disease by traveling back in time and giving him the medicine. He does this because Androids #17 and #18 have killed all the Z Fighters in his time because Goku had dies from a heart disease and wasn't able to defeat them. He first goes when Gohan gets killed. Gohan is the one that trains his in his time When he first shows up he kills Cyborg Frieza and when he leave he goes forward in time to help in the fight against the androids. He ends up staying and training in the hyperbolic time chamber for a year with Vegeta to fight Cell and even becomes stronger than his dad, but is too slow. He ends up going back to his time and kills the Androids with his new strength and even finds and kills Cell there too.

Name: Chibi Trunks
Race: ½ Saiyan, ½ Human
Family: Vegeta (dad), Bulma (mom), King Vegeta (grandpa), Dr. Brief (grandpa), Grandma (don't know name), Bra (sister)
Bio: This Trunks is the one that grows up in the time that Goku didn't die in. He and Goten grow up together and when they fuse become the strongest fighter there is and can go SSJ3 right away as Gotenks (fused form name). He's a little trouble maker and man do he and Goten get into some trouble.

Name: Yamcha
Race: Human
Family: ???
Bio: Yamcha is a longtime friend and ally of Goku's that possesses great fighting spirit. He is usually accompanied by his devoted cat companion Puar, and he is characterized by his intense fear of women. This good looking warrior still has an attraction for Bulma but he missed his chances and now has no way to get back with her. By the end of the series, he is one of the weakest fighters of all but is still a good friend.

Name: Tien

Family: ???
Bio: Tien is a three-eyed man who was originally trained as an assassin under one of Master Roshi's rivals. After realizing he did not want to be an assassin, his best friend Chou zu and him switched sides and became Z fighters. Chou zu and Tien can communicate telepathically. He's a strong fighter and is always willing to fight and he can kick some ass with his techniques.

Name: Chou zu
Race: ???
Family: ???
Bio: Chou zu is a white-skinned, red-cheeked little prince that is the devoted companion of Tien. Noble and unselfish, Chou zu does not hesitate to throw himself onto Nappa's back and self-destruct in an attempt to save his comrades but is unsuccessful. He is a cute little character but at the end ends up being one of the weakest of the fighters.

Name: Yajarobi
Race: Human
Family: ???
Bio: Yajirobe is one good guy that is not interested in fighting. He is perfectly content being on the sidelines, usually with food in his mouth, instead of being in the battle. He doesn't willingly go near danger and isn't willing to go in the Pendulum Room to train to fight the Saiyans. He ends up staying in Korin's tower and helping the other fighters when Korin sends him with Senzu beans or something.

Name: Master Roshi
Race: Human
Family: Baba (sister)
Bio: An ancient and wise master of martial arts, Roshi has accumulated great power and knowledge. He is very old, perverted, completely bald and has a long, white beard. Because he has lived for countless years on a deserted island with only a turtle for a companion, he is also called the "Hermit Turtle". His home, the Kame house, continues to serve as a gathering place for the good guys.

Name: Vegeta
Race: 100% Saiyan
Family: Bulma (G/F), Trunks (Son), Bra (Daughter), King Vegeta (Dad)
Bio: Vegeta is the prince of Planet Vegeta. He worked for Frieza going to different planet, taking them over, and selling them. He is the main bad guy at the beginning of the series but ends up being friends with the Z Warriors (kind of). He becomes friends but always has his own reasons for doing things. At the end of the series, he is the second strongest warrior, with the only stronger one being Goku.

Name: Piccolo
Race: Namek
Family: Kame (other half), Whole Namek Race (After fusing with Nail)
Bio: Piccolo was the main enemy in the regular DragonBall series. After Kame made him by separating himself from his evil side. Now, he is one of the greatest allies of the DBZ crew. He is the one that trains Gohan and the one that Gohan is always trying to be like. He ends up being a great fighter and helps out everyone with his no fear attitude. Along the way he fuses with Nail and back with Kami, which increases his power dramatically. Once a Namekian fuses with another, they can never separate, so they are forever fused. He is always in the DBZ series.....to the end.

Name: Kame
Race: Namek
Family: Piccolo (other half), Whole Namek Race (After fusing with Piccolo again)
Bio: Kami is from the planet Namek. Long ago he split into two entities, one good and one evil, to become the guardian of the earth. Kami embodies all the good, while Piccolo embodied all the bad. Because of this link between them, if one gets killed they both die. Also, since Kami created the Earth's Dragon Balls, if he dies the balls cease to function.

Name: Nail
Race: Namek
Family: Guru (dad), Namek race (siblings)
Bio: Nail looks almost exactly like piccolo and is the personal guardian of Guru, the eldest Namek and father of all the Nameks. His role as personal guardian is very important because Guru is very ill. If Guru should die, the Dragon Balls will cease to exist on Namek. Like all Nameks, Nail is aware of the severe consequences of allowing the Dragon Balls to fall into the wrong hands, and is willing to do whatever it takes to prevent this from happening. Nail is a very skilled fighter and later fuses with Piccolo.

Name: Dende
Race: Namek
Family: Guru (dad), the Namek race (siblings)
Bio: Dende is a child from the planet Namek, and is even younger than Gohan. Gohan and Krillin first meet Dende on their trip to the planet Namek to gather the Dragon Balls. His family was assaulted in battle by Frieza's henchmen. Since that time, Dende has been watched over by Krillin and Gohan. With the healing powers the eldest Namek, Guru, bestows on him, Dende becomes an important asset to the Z fighters. On Namek, he saves both Krillin and Vegeta from death. Dende later replaces Kami as the guardian of Earth and makes another set of Dragonballs that can now grant 2 wished instead of 1.

Name: Mr. Popo

Family: ???
Bio: Mr. Popo is the servant of Kami. He has been on Earth longer than the present Kami, and will remain to be guardian for the next Kami (Dende). He helps the good guys one way or another as the series progresses.

Name: Chi-Chi
Race: Human
Family: Goku (husband), Gohan (son), Goten (son), Ox-King (dad), Videl (daughter in law), Pan (granddaughter), Bardock (father in law), Raditz (brother in law)
Bio: A beautiful girl who Goku saves when they are young, Chi-Chi grows up to become Goku's wife and the mother of his son Gohan and Goten. Chi-Chi is a loving wife and a patient, doting mother, but she believes their son should develop his brain instead of his brawn. This sometimes brings her in direct conflict with Goku and his friends who put a high value on fighting skills.

Name: Ox-King
Race: Human
Family: Chi-Chi (daughter), Goku (son in law), Gohan (Grandson), Goten (Grandson)
Bio: Ox-King is Chi-Chi's father, making him Goku's father-in-law and Gohan and Goten's grandfather. Ox-King was one of Master Roshi's best students. He is still somewhat powerful, but played a bigger role in Dragon Ball.

Name: Bulma
Race: Human
Family: Dr Brief (dad), mom (don't know name), Vegeta (fling), Trunks (son), King Vegeta (Father in Law)
Bio: Bulma has been around from the beginning. In Dragon Ball, she was a mixed up teenager with blue hair, a pink outfit, and a personality quirk that wouldn't allow her to shut up for a second. She was immature, emotional, self-centered, impatient, argumentative, boy-crazy and given to fits of hysteria. Now, she's blossomed into a woman with a lot of the same personality quirks, but the team would never get along with out her. Bulma is a mechanical genius who can operate and fix anything. She is the one that discovers the capabilities of the Saiyan Scouter and enhances it for their own use. It enables her to save the day more than once. She also takes the lead in finding a space ship to go to Namek and joins Krillin and Gohan in the journey there. After getting back from Namek she ends up having a kid with Vegeta, Trunks, which shocks everyone.

Name: Dr. Brief

Family: Bulma (daughter), wife (Don't know name), Trunks (grandson), Vegeta (son in law?)
Bio: Dr. Brief is Bulma's dad and president of Capsule Corp. Capsule Corp makes the capsules Bulma often uses that turn into large objects like cars. His technical genius also reveals why Bulma is so handy with machines. Dr. Brief repairs the spaceships so that Goku and the others can go to Namek. Bulma's mom also makes an occasional appearance, but I've never heard her her name.

Name: Oolong
Race: Pig
Family: ???
Bio: Oolong is a cowardly shape-shifting pig that joined forces with the good guys. He can only change shape for a short period of time and then has to rest. Oolong played a much bigger role in the first series, Dragon Ball.

Name: Pwar
Race: Cat
Family: ???
Bio: Pwar is the devoted companion of Yamcha. They met Goku and Bulma together in the first series, Dragon Ball. Pwar is a shape-shifting blue cat who went to the same school as Oolong. Unlike Oolong, Pwar can shift shapes without having to stop and rest every few minutes.

Name: Korin
Race: Cat
Family: ???
Bio: Korin is a wise martial arts master that lives in "Korin's Tower" and is a cat. Korin grows the magic Senzu beans that often help the Z Warriors in battle. The beans heal and energize anyone that eats them instantly.

Name: Baba
Race: Human
Family: Master Roshi (brother)
Bio: Baba is the comical sister of Master Roshi. Short and squat, she uses her crystal ball to see into the future, or to see what is happening in the present in other locations. When the television coverage of the Saiyan fight is interrupted, Master Roshi, Bulma, Chi-Chi, Ox-King and Oolong gather around her ball to see how their friends and loved ones are faring. She also does this for Chi-Chi when she wants to see how Gohan is doing against Cell.
