Character's name: Cannot be from the show, you must be creative and make your own.
Race: Choose a race. This will determine your moves and transmations. The races are Saiyans, Humans, Saiyan/Human (must have a fanfiction to be this.), Namekian, Changeling, Android.
Intentions: Are you Good, Neutral, or Evil?
Stats: You have 750 points to split into all of you stats. If you do not understand I will do it for you. The stats you will split these into are Pl, Sp, Hp, and Ki.
Moves: You may choose any 8 attacks that have a requirment of None or that you fit requirments for.
Fanfiction: You can create a story about you character and get stats upgrades for it. I must like the story first of all, but if I do then I will add it to the fanfiction section of the site. Your character will get Pl: 5,000/Sp:2,000/Hp:8,000/Ki:1,000 for every fanfiction up to 5.
