Here are ALL of the rules that you must follow in SE2, You must follow the rules or could get banned from the RPG.
**Only one (1) character per computer, so this means if your brother/sister wants to play them must have another computer.

**No CHEATING, do not lie about your fights. If you say you won 10 fights then you better have won 10 fights.
**With Instant Transmission, you can only teleport to planets that you have already been too.
**Zanzoken's counter attack cannot be dodged, blocked, or countered.
**Can only use Zanzoken 2x a fight, same with Instant transmission.
**Solar Flare can only be used 2x a fight.
**Cannot use a stunning attack while the opponent is stunned. Meaning cannot use Solar Flare>>Stunner Punch.
**To create a team you must have at least 3 members, one of you will be the leader and the rest just members. Yes you can have a
Co-Commander or something like that.
**To use a Saiyan Palace you must take the planet over that you wish to use. Example: Dark Saiyans have a Saiyan Palace on Vegeta, they
had to take vegeta over to put it there.
**Know alittle about Dragonball Z/GT, before you join.
**If you recruit members you will get $500 per member!
**Can only create an item every month, ONLY 1!!
**All fights must be reffed by a offical ref, a list of refs are below.
**When dead you are dead for 1 week, during sagas you are dead untill the current saga is over.
**Priest Cannot revive him/herself.
**Only one training a day.
**To fight you must be on the same planet.
**If you are dead you cannot fight anyone, unless you own Blue halos.
**When transforming you must go from the first form to the next. Example: SSJ>>SSJ2>>SSJ3.
**When turning SSJ4, you must go Oozaru>>Golden Oozaru>>SSJ4. Also must have a tail.
**Ask to become a ref, I will give you a test and if you pass then you will be a new ref.
**A ref can ref their own fights, but not F-trainings.
**Can only fight someone from the same planet as you.
**Can only use omnislash 1xa fight.
**Only use Vortex 2x a fight.
**After 10 losses you are dead.
**Every 5 wins you can learn a new move, this is the only way to learn attacks other than paying a dojo master to help you learn one.

To search for the Dragonballs you must have a dragon radar. You can buy one in the item shop. Below is a chart of dragonball times:
Sp: 50,001 - 250,000 = 6 days
Sp: 250,001 - 750,000 = 5 days
Sp: 750,001 - 1,500,000 = 4 days
Sp: 1,500,001 - 4,500,000 = 3 days
Sp: 4,500,001 - 10,000,000 = 2 days
Sp: 10,000,001+ = 1 day
The Earth Dragonballs are on earth and grant 1 wish, you may wish for one of these things:
- Double Stats
- Become strongest character on the site
- Any item
- $500,000
- Teleport a team to any planet.
- Add a race to yours, such as you want to be Saiyan/Android but are Full Saiyan, wish for this and get Android in you.
The Namekian Dragonballs are on namek and grant 3 wishs, you may wish for one of these things:
- Triple Stats
- Become strongest character on the site
- Any 2 items
- $500,000
- Teleport a team to any planet.
- Add a race to yours, such as you want to be Saiyan/Android but are Full Saiyan, wish for this and get Android in you.
The Darkstar Dragonballs are all over the universe and grant 1 wish, after you make your wish the planet you wished on is blown up. you may
wish for one of these things:
- Double Stats of two characters
- Become strongest character on the site
- Any 3 items
- $1,000,000
- Teleport a team to any planet.
- Add a race to yours, such as you want to be Saiyan/Android but are Full Saiyan, wish for this and get Android in you.
