When you Fight you will gain stat upgrades, you can spar too. Sparring is just the same as fighting but you cannot die and it doesn't go agianst your losses stat. Can only spar and fight 10x a day.

FIGHTING
Winner: Pl+600/Sp+300/Hp+800/Ki+200/Money+$100
Loser: Pl+200/Sp+150/Hp+500/Ki+100/Money+$100

SPARRING
Both fighters get upgrades even if you lose the sparring match. Stats upgrades are: Pl+200/Sp+100/Hp+300/Ki+100.
