The End?

Okay. This is all in narrator's POV (point of view), except for the dream sequence at the very beginning.

The End? Chapter 1-The Dream Again

Sakura:{ What's happening? I'm at the radio tower again. But Yue has already judged Li and I... But *looks to her side, then up* Kero's not here, and neither are Yue or Ms. McKenzie! And I'm *looks at herself* not in the same outfit as before! I'm in a different costume, and I'm all alone. Help me someone! *tears start falling* anyone!}

"SAKURA!!!! WAKE UP!!!! HELLO?"

"Huh? Kero? Whyda wake me up? I'm not LATE FOR SCHOOL!" a pretty brown- haired girl with now-awake emerald green eyes quickly scanned the room for her calendar, and then realized it was only Saturday.

"Kero, it's Saturday, why-did-you-wake-me-up? And I told you, I'm on spring vacation!"

"Hey, hey, calm down", said a yellow stuffed bear with wings in an Osakan accent <>, "you were sweating and crying and shifting about in your sleep, so I woke you up. What dream did you get this time?"

"Radio Tower. Again." said Sakura, not even bothering to ask how Kero knew it was a dream, "and you weren't there, and neither was Yue or Ms. McKenzie. I was just all alone in a weird costume, but I felt like everyone in the world was watching me, and waiting for me to do something..." Sakura trailed off, but Kero hardly noticed. He was lost in thought.

"Hey Sakura," he said, breaking the silence, "how many cards have you transformed?"

"Most of them, I think," said Sakura.

"Check again," said Kero, magically opening the drawer and taking out the book and cards. "Just as I thought. You have a couple more to go. But then does that mean, I have no clue? I need to talk to Yue, Spinel, Ruby, and Eli together- wait! Let me just talk to Yue first."

"Okay," said Sakura, looking at Kero suspiciously "I'll take you there after breakfast. Are you going to take long? That way I could invite Madison! We haven't been together much, unless you count transforming cards, if you could count tha-"

"What cards?" asked a tall man with a smirk on his face, "and why are you talking to your toys again?"

"TO-RI! Knock next time! No cards, just, um, I've been helping Mr. Terada with his dinner invitations, you know, writing stuff, for his its none of your businesses." Sakura looked at her elder brother with a big, nervous smile on her face "And what do you want?"

"Whatever, squirt. Onii-chan's making waffles before leaving for work to do something, so if you want any, come down now." With that he close the door and walked down the stairs, thinking, "What was she talking to Kero about? She couldn't have transformed many cards already, could she? I mean, I know she's been sleepy lately, but... Man, I have got to keep a better eye on that girl."

Back upstairs, Sakura retrieved Kero from the place between her bed and the wall, where he had fallen when Tori had entered.

"Ouch, that hurt Sakura! I don't know what would make me feel better." Kero looked at Sakura with hopeful eyes.

"Okay, extra pudding for dessert. Come with me, I'll even let you have some of my waffles." said Sakura.

"Yay! Pudding and waffles! Thank you Sakura!"

Meanwhile, back in Hong Kong, something very different had happened...<

A boy in silk pajamas tossed and turned in his sleep. He couldn't fall asleep, because something at the back of his head was nagging at him, as if something important was happening, or going to happen. Then, at the same time Sakura had her dream, he began to sense magic. Not a card, he and Sakura had captured those a while ago. Just magic. And something told him that this was important. He had to be wherever it was. But where was it? He thought for a split second, then mentally slapped himself. He was being dumb. If it was magic, and it wasn't with him, then it had to be with- Sakura. Sakura. Just thinking about her made him blush. But then he stopped himself. No. It was useless. Sakura liked Eli, had a crush on Julian, and he was just a friend, right? Besides, he was going to marry Meilin; since he had to marry within the family, the Elders had said so...

"Li? Hel-LO-OW. Is anyone home? Wake up Li. You were tossing and turning in your sleep ['and blushing too', she thought]. Are you all right? WAKE UP!!!!"

The boy woke up and shook his brown hair out of his face. He blinked his chocolate colored eyes as a Chinese girl with two bunned ponytails helped him sit up.

"Meilin," the boy started, "Why did you have to wake me up, even if I was tossing and turning? I always do that, right?"

"Actually, the Elders want to talk to you, and you have to dress and go now or you'll be late like your loved one- ooops, I mean like Sakura." Meilin enjoyed teasing Li like that daily, and today, Li was blushing, like he always did, as he tried to talk in his defense, but couldn't get more that "bu... sh... hey...sto... she's not!" And as usual, Meilin pretended not to notice.

"Coming, I'm coming." said Li, giving up in terms of defense, knowing that it would just make him resemble a tomato with brown hair "you just go and tell them I'll be there."

"Okay. Whatever you say." Said Meilin hurrying out, already in a kimono. Li quickly changed as he though about how, like every other day, he could defend himself the next day from being humiliated by his cousin/fiancée. As he hurried down the stairs, he, again, couldn't think of any, so he started, again, on his "Why Sakura and I Can't Be Together" list, although this time he added a couple of new (and untruthful) words. Taken, late, dumb, weak, doe-eyed, kawaii. He gave up as he reached the Meetings House. It was hopeless. He took off his shoes and entered the room, to where the elders were, sitting slightly elevated on platforms.

"Sit down." said the Head Elder, motioning to a bamboo mat. "What we have to say is this. We shall make it short.

The Elder of the Instruments spoke up: "All of us have felt magic in the air, and the Sengsheiki Board shows it too. It is coming from Japan, in the town you were an exchange student, Reedington. Since you are the Clow Wizard of our clan, you shall return as an exchange student, to Reedington Elementary, to find out what it is and help the Clow Master defeat or deal with it, if necessary. That is all."

Later, as Li was walking to his mother's house to pack, he was deep in thought. So deep in thought that he didn't even notice his 4 sisters tease him about seeing Sakura again. Of all things, why did he have to go see Sakura? 'Oh, I was sent here by the Elders'. Lame excuse. Although it was true, neither Madison, Sakura, Kero nor Tori <> would believe it. How was he going to get himself out of this one? With his head occupied with these thoughts, he packed his bags and called the airlines to book his ticket. He had been hoping for a ticket in a week or so, giving him time to maybe talk it out with Madison or someone, maybe, but they had an opening the next day, which his mother made him take. With a heavy heart to accompany his head, he arranged a taxi and fell asleep.

Hey guys, I know that a lot didn't happen, but tell me what you liked and if you hated anything. As an excuse for the un- exciting chapter, I had to give a foundation to what is going to happen. I already have the second chapter ready for you, so hurry up and continue reading! Oh, and all the stories are kid-friendly, so there is no you-know-what. And for happy- ending readers, the ending is happy- if you can trust me *smiles devilishly*.
