Herald Telcha

Herald Telcha is a tiny little sarnak at the entrance, when you zone into Chardok. He is rooted in place and will not attack you even if you are KOS to the Brood of Di'Zok faction. Telcha is the quest giver for the first 2 rings.

Ring 1, the Dizok Signet of Service

Reach level 50, and warmly with the Brood of Di'Zok and Herald Telcha hands you the ring when you say "I serve the sarnak." AC 2, WIS +1, INT +1, CHA +1, +45 manna, +65 HP. This ring is asked for by the subsequent mobs before they respond to hails.
Insufficient faction with Brood of Di'Zok: Herald Telcha says 'You have not yet done enough service for the Sarnak Collective, and my Dizok Masters. Return to me when you have done more, and I may reward you with a ring of service.'
Sufficient faction but insufficient level: Herald Telcha says 'What to do, what to do.. You've served the Di'zok well, young one but you are not yet experienced enough to wear the Signet of the Di'zok. Come back when you've seen a bit more of the world, and the ring shall be yours.

Ring 2, Regal Band of Bathezid

Herald Telcha gives this quest. He asks for the head of Warlord Skargus in Droga. To get Warlord Skargus to spawn requires a few steps.
Step 1. You should have a Drogan Warlord Insignia saved from earlier hunting in Droga.
Step 2. Hail the Goblin Traitor in Droga, who asks for your ring (he returns it). Or, should you not have one, ask him "what evidence?"
Step 3. Proceed to the Sarnak Spy in Frontier Mountains. Hand him the note from the goblin traitor, follow the dialog to get a forged note.
Step 4. Proceed to Warslik's Woods to visit the Shady Goblin. Shady despawns after handing in stuff, so you may wish to have a tracker determine if shady is around. Hand Shady the forged report and the drogan warlord insignia. Note: shady spawns at neg 1645, neg 1115 (on the second floor), this is very close to the static guards (troopers and crusaders) of cabilis, there is one wandering crusader that may cause trouble if you are KOS to iksar. Shady is indifferent to all.
Step 5. Take the report to "an angry goblin" in Droga, who will walk to the place Warlord Skargus spawns and the angry goblin despawns. Reported spawn time on the angry goblin is 5 days. Warlord Skargus HarmTouches for 811 and hits for 150s.
Step 6. Take the head, and ring 1 to Herald Telcha to turn in.
Reward: AC 5, WIS +2, INT +2, CHA +2, STA +5 +50 manna, +85 HP. Has 5 charges of a 25hp damage shield. Recharge the ring by handing it to Herald Telcha. Provided you have the required faction, he hands it back fully charged.

Spirit Wracked Cords

The queen in Chardok gives this quest. You need ally faction, Undead Dragon Sinews (which drop from Trakanon most of the time, and both the regular spawn and the bard triggered spawn and very rarely from the Juggernauts in Sebilis), and the Urn of Spirits (which drops from Drusilla Sathir in Howling Stones). Hand her the urn, sinews and your regal band. Reward: AC 12, STA +5, HP +100, SaveCold +10, SaveMagic +5, effect: Aura of Battle. Equippable in either shoulder, arm or wrist slots.
