Award Criteria: 1. Your site can not contain any Adult, Hate or Illegal material. So it is a Safe Surf or a Child Safe site. NOTE: You do not have to be a member of these sites to qualify.

2. Originality a must, I am easily amused, but even I know a bad site when I see one.

3. Must be able to be viewed one 800 x 600 screen.

4. Fast loading, I have a 56.6 modem and if I have to wait more then 2 minute for your site to load up it is not worth the wait.

5. Your site must be able to be viewed on both Netscape and IE. We have the latest of both browsers.

6. Proprer use of HTML, Java, Applets, etc..

7. You must link the award back to this site. You will be listed on our Award Winners Page and it will be linked to your page.

8. Last but not least our awards are not a freebee, they are not easy to win either, but can be won.
